At Calmly Chic, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. However, we understand that issues may arise. Please review our policy below for guidance on returns, refunds and resends.

1. Orders Not Received

If tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received your package:

  • Please obtain a non-delivery certificate from your local post office with an official seal.
  • If tracking shows an alert (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package), we recommend contacting your local post office promptly.

2. Damaged Products

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged:

  • Severely Damaged: Eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Partially Damaged: Eligible for a partial refund or replacement.

Exceptions:

  • Minor issues (e.g., slight wrinkles, small scratches) are not considered for refunds.
  • Damaged packaging boxes are not eligible for compensation due to international transit conditions.

Please report any damage within 30 days of delivery.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is incorrect or items are missing:

  • Incorrect Items: Eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Missing Parts: We'll resend missing parts or offer a partial refund, depending on the item's function.
  • Wrong Color/Size: If it doesn't affect functionality, we offer a refund or resend upon receiving a screenshot of your complaint.

Note: For size discrepancies, please provide a photo with measurements for prompt resolution.

4. Returns

If a return is necessary, it must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before initiating a return to receive proper instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. How to Initiate a Dispute

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem
